SEA TURTLE ECOLOGY & CONSERVATION
ABOUT US
Our lab is interested in all aspects of sea turtle ecology and behaviour, but we have a special interest in Ridley turtles and their curious behavioural polymorphism during nesting.
We firmly believe in the importance of robust, scientific data to make informed decisions in conservation and wildlife management.
We are employing a variety of techniques in our research intending to restore sea turtle populations worldwide, but in particular the Kemp's Ridley turtle in the Gulf of Mexico, by collecting valuable data and applying our gathered knowledge directly.
