The Straw that is Writing History

During her field season 2015 in Costa Rica, our PhD student Chris Figgener and her research team extracted a straw from a sea turtles nostril. They filmed the entire process and the video went viral. Ever since the video has sparked a variety of anti-single-use plastic campaigns. Read also....
